Crusader How to start at level 91 and choose what class you want

Is it possible to start at level 91 but on 3rd class of each class ?

I have taken Red Arc stones that gives me exp to level up quickly, but when you reach level 20 - 40 - 76 levels you do not get the small Medal icon to select the class you want.
 
Is it possible to make this icon appear at that levels that you re eligible for class change ? or how do a character select his class if he doesnt want to follow quest story line?
