Why does Shadow Enchating scrolls (46337) doesn't work on shadow weapons from id (46317 till 46326)

while Enchant scroll R-Grade and Blessed Enchant scroll R-Grade Does Enchant them (Lol).

I personally find this so funny, Don't you ?

This is in both Underground and Grand Crusade last rev.

BTW i am not the one who has the access i am his friend and the one who work on his server project and to be honest till now when i look and test anything i find it bugged, But this one is funny.

Even if something is not implemented, doesn't mean its a bug.
There are so many scrolls that work, that for the top of my head I cannot say that what you say does not.
But making a fast check I see that 46337 probably works fine.
Good luck to your friend that has a "developer" that can't fix a scroll.
Further luck for reporting as bug something that works.
