I have simmilar situation happens.
Do example - party starts to hit RB. They hit him for 15..20 sec and they got teleported far away. Sometimes one, sometimes 2nd time even farther. It looks like game server tried to fix their position and restore it to some they were previously.
Also standard "stucks" happens - but mostly when changing Z (going uphill or downhill). Char stuck in a place and can't move. After relog it appears in some previous position. This can't be reproduced by for example goin in exact same place again - won't happend/stuck again in that place, but may happen like few steps away.
Any idea where to search a cause would be apriciated.
