Prelude of War why lots of skillTrees data been deleted

Dear sirs

I feel little confused that lots dist/game/data/skillTrees/*.xml files are updated from the version L2J_Mobius_07.0_PreludeOfWar, and lots of skills are deleted.

For example \dist\game\data\skillTrees\StartingClass\HumanFighter.xml
There are 36 skills in the L2J_Mobius_06.0_Fafurion
But only 1 left in the L2J_Mobius_07.0_PreludeOfWar

In the game, When I set some character into a specific class (of cause set level around 40 or 80 too)
and give all skills, but very few skills are shown in the skill panel.

Is this just normal or something goes wrong?

So would some kind sir could tell me the reason why those skills are deleted?.

Because 1-84 skills changed to new ones(fewer). Old skills were removed.
