Helios [Request] Linked items on the chat doesnt show.

Hello there,

Im testing Helios L2j Mobius pack with a friend. When I link an item on the chat, I cant see the item panel or the "item panel stats/info". So I cant sell/buy on chat without the linked item info(WTB/WTS/WTT). How can I fix this ? Can someone help me ? Thanks
