Shinemaker Quest - Concentrated Magical Energy - Will not complete

So the new main quest line quest, Concentrated Magical Energy will not complete. After getting the item, you are told to talk to the npc growth assistant, you are then teleported to the npc growth assistant, the quest doesn't progress at that point. It just will keep teleporting you back to the npc, talking to the npc doesnt work either, just has her generic html.

I looked into the .java file for the quest, but nothing stuck out in it as wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: Looks like the next quest is not in the source I have so that seems to be the issue.

Thanks for the warm welcome. It was a simple question as how am i supposed to know? I didn't see anything posted saying these files were sub only or private. The source has been posted online and when i wanted to play with l2j again to start learning java again I found the latest chronicle just by a simple google. If they are sub or private I have no issue subbing, but you need to calm down on new people.

The quote "has been posted online" is the cheapest excuse to be a thief.

Asking support for something stolen on his owners site is shameless the least.
