Prelude of War gs.exe and ls. exe no work

when I launch Gameserver.exe or Loginserver.exe nothing happens ... Do you know why?
Otherwise when I launch with Register Game Server.bat I get this error.

you have and older jdk

As Manax says, you must use the Java Version posted on the Installation Guide.
