Prelude of War Drops always multiplied by 2 of set multiplier.

I tried editing some drops and i accidentally saw that all drops are getting multiplied by 2. both my changes and the official ones. tried messing with config but cant find the problem.

i set min=1 max=1   and i end up with 2
i set min=1 max=2   and i end up with 2-4

Nvm, it was the premium multiplier. delete the post since i cant.
