Patch a precompile version to a current version

Hello, some time ago I downloaded a pre-compile version of l2jmobius High Five server, and I'm wondering  , is it possible to patch it to the current version?, don't want to re-do all the custom changes I've done to it.

I should mention that I'm currently downloading all the git project, so that's the reason I'm asking, thanks for the help in advance.

Even if you did a ton of datapack changes, it won't be hard to compare.

Thanks again Mobius, so I'm guessing I have to compile the server new, and then I modified the new version with the file comparison tool
