M.Critical Rate or M.Skill Critical Rate?

Hello on official i found something interesting.
I test it on Mobius server.


A weapon with Special Ability , Wild 15 + M.Critical Rate 35% (Passive: M.Skill Critical Rate+35% like image )
   Q1: He give m.critical rate .. from 136 -> 170 the maths is right?
   Q2: This special ability is for critical rate only or for m. skill critical rate ?(he have option m. skill critical rate???)

This think is same on official . On weapon SA , say "M.Critical Rate +35%" and passive say "M.Skill Critical Rate+35%"

the value of m.critical rate 35% increases your base stats, that's why it goes from 136 to 170.

For the other question, at first glance this is a text error in the items, be sure that it is this, you have to see the xml of said weapons, with their SA of m.critical to see which value it uses (m. criticial or m. critical skill)
