Homunculus MagicalAttack not giving damage if debuff of the skill doesn't land

Guys I have found a bug maybe someone fixed this ? If target isDebuffBlocked (Unbind )   , MagicalAttack is not working when skill is debuff and has traits in it (Arcane Comet Strike )   and it's suppose to work . Any ideeas ?
