Need help with gs.exe and log.exe

Hi guys. I need help with default things ( Idk why i cant launch gameserver.exe and loginserver.exe in any chronicle.
Just does nothing when i click to .exe files. Just nothing. I installed jdk 12. Whats problem I have? Maybe someone know.
