Title: Q:Vip system - classic, main version, edit?

Hello, Have a question, about a VIP system.
Where I can find an information menu VIP which include information about 1-10 lvl VIP. I'll try to found in Data - but didnt find , maybe in .dat files. Someone can help me )

We do not use the Classic VIP system.
We have a pre-existing system to that one.
I would not say no if someone shared it, but I am not up for the job.
